AHH...DEBAUCHERY... So Spring River was awesome...had some crazy fun. Got there 4pm Friday and didn't stop drinking till 8pm Monday when we left the pool at my apartment. Friday - Drinking with the freinds and the people all around us Saturday - Float trip, Had a beer cooler and stereo system in my canoe...never tipped over. Everybody was rocking out to our group, we'd pull up to a sandbar and the party would instantly show up around us, it was the stereo of course...I'm not that cool ya'll :-) Booby flashing was rampant, saw a "Party Boy" look alike in a thong...disturbing Sunday - went tubing with the freinds, floated a cooler with a bunch of funnoodles, it works great... We threw a huge party Sun. night, there were hot ladies taking body shots off off other hot ladies, Nekkid Hot Ladies actually, yes Gary, totally naked hot ladies-well they had sandels on...Guys taking body shots off those hot ladies, a manhood judging contest by a panel of extremely fine women, and lapdances...can you guess there was lots of beer provided by yours truly and my buddy John...I think you can. The party swelled to about 75-80 people til the man came and shut us down about 4am...something about it being a family camping area...I guess we rocked the sox off Many Islands... Monday - packed up, started drinking...no hangover for me :-) came home, and went to the pool. Hmm more hot ladies, I'm liking my summer so far... We will be going back to the Spring River Labor Day...cost is 105 bucks for friday thru Monday, covers Beer, Liquor, Food, Canoes, and Camping fees...Drop me a line if you are interested... Work utterly sucked, but I got thru it computer crashes and all...
Bar-B-Que fest is May 13,14,15, thats Thursday-Saturday of next week...If you are down there stop by and see me, my team is "Slab Yo MaMa" in spot S155. Free Booze Free Food...just ask for Neil. The only time I won't be there is about 10am-noon everyday, since I am camping out at the park and will have to go home and delouse to avoid smelling like 3 day old pork...the only other alternative is the river, and I'd rather smell like 3 day old pork than 5 week old nuclear waste. Come on down now...Ya hear... | | Tuesday, May 4th, 2004 | | 3:02 pm |

WATER WATER EVERYWHERE
Ahhh...Musicfest..Friday was awesome, didn't get cold, didn't get wet, didn't get hypothermia...Saturday was different. It all started out ok, with a gentle wind blowing from the southwest, then the mist started...Buddy Guy played right through it. Then came the Indigo Girls who I have always thought were awesome, but now they are tops in cool points. The stage hands started wrapping everything in plastic (first sign you know they know something you don't) then it hit...Big ole fat rain, rain coming up at cha, hell the rain was coming in sideways for god's sake, but the Indigo Girls kept playing...30 mile an hour winds, soaked to the bone, and they kept playing for another hour, when they were finally pulled from the stage by the promoters...thats dedication to the fans. We had hunkered down on the mats in front of the stage with tarps, Eric and I decided a lean-to would be better...ahh rum...so we get everyone up...(15 or so peoples whom we had pulled under the tarps with us) and I get out and lead everyone to the fence. The fence is covered in plastic so it makes a great backing for the lean-to...I tie the tarps together with discarded drinking straws, and stake out the lean-to with footlong corn dog sticks...IT HOLDS....I start going around to freezing kids and bringing them back to the shelter...problem....In doing all this I have been soaked to the bone, and I'm drinking rum to warm myself. Now rum makes you think you are warm, but then you realize you can't feel anything below your knees, and your hands don't work...Its 10:30pm...YAY HYPOTHERMIA!!! So I was basically carried out of Musicfest by Eric and Christina, taken home and striped, and warmed up...and like the Idiot trooper I am...I WENT BACK SUNDAY...how's that... | | Wednesday, April 28th, 2004 | | 2:16 pm |

Found a bunch of old friends on LJ who I have dearly missed and have been thinking about lately. So you should all come to this: I'm planning a huge canoe trip and camp out for Memorial Day, it will be a blast, so please talk to me if you are interested. Hmm, well...went to Fox and Hound yesterday with kothoga and paleblueyes, mike and my buddy Eric. was very tired and decided to split about midnight, (I had been up for 30 something hours). Went home and went to bed...not very interesting. Got a Bar-B-que contest meeting tonight...mmmm bbq... so after that I'm free... | | Tuesday, April 27th, 2004 | | 10:47 am |
This I thought was fitting...30th b-day and all I Am A: Chaotic Good Human Bard Fighter Alignment:Chaotic Good characters are independent types with a strong belief in the value of goodness. They have little use for governments and other forces of order, and will generally do their own things, without heed to such groups. Race:Humans are the 'average' race. They have the shortest life spans, and because of this, they tend to avoid the racial prejudices that other races are known for. They are also very curious and tend to live 'for the moment'. Primary Class:Bards are the entertainers. They sing, dance, and play instruments to make other people happy, and, frequently, make money. They also tend to dabble in magic a bit. Secondary Class:Fighters are the warriors. They use weapons to accomplish their goals. This isn't to say that they aren't intelligent, but that they do, in fact, believe that violence is frequently the answer. Deity:Finder Wyvernspur is the Chaotic Neutral god of the cycle of life and the transformation of art, although he leans heavily towards Good. He is also known as the Nameless Bard. Followers of Finder believe that everything must change in order to grow and thrive. Their preferred weapon is the bastard sword.
